By creating an account or using ThawAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.

ThawAI helps you draft genuine, personalized outreach messages to people you want to learn from, prepare for conversations, practice your approach, and track relationships over time.

ThawAI is not a mass-outreach or automated sales product. You are responsible for deciding who you contact and what messages you actually send.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, generate, send, or otherwise use through ThawAI, including screenshots, pasted text, profile information, and generated messages ("User Content").

You represent that you have the right to upload and use any content you submit, including screenshots or information from public professional profiles.

ThawAI does not endorse or take responsibility for User Content or for the consequences of sending generated or edited content to another person.

Messages, questions, briefs, meeting preparation, and practice conversation responses generated by ThawAI use artificial intelligence and information you provide.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. Review and edit any generated content before using or relying on it.

Free, Pro, and Ultimate plans have monthly usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select.

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the account and billing options made available by ThawAI.

You agree not to use ThawAI to send spam, harass another person, impersonate someone, engage in unlawful activity, or violate the terms of another service or platform you use alongside ThawAI.

This includes complying with the rules of professional platforms such as LinkedIn when you use information or content from those platforms.

ThawAI is provided as-is. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or appropriate.

ThawAI is a drafting, preparation, and relationship-management tool, not a substitute for your own professional judgment.

If a dispute arises between you and ThawAI, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and ThawAI agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where an individual claim may be brought in small claims court.

This means you and ThawAI give up the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms as ThawAI evolves. When we make material changes, we may update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of ThawAI after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
